In Red Faction: Guerrilla, players are transported to a colonized Mars where oppression and rebellion collide. Set decades after the original uprising, the planet is now under the strict control of the Earth Defense Force, a regime that has turned from protector to tyrant.

You play as Alec Mason, a mining engineer who arrives on Mars seeking a better life, only to witness the brutal treatment of colonists at the hands of the EDF. After a personal tragedy, Mason joins the Red Faction resistance movement and begins a campaign of sabotage to weaken the occupying force.

Across the dusty plains and industrial settlements of Mars, players carry out guerrilla style missions that target EDF infrastructure. Bridges, watchtowers, factories, and fortresses can be destroyed in real time thanks to the game’s dynamic destruction system, turning the environment itself into a weapon.

As the rebellion gains momentum, the fight intensifies toward a climactic battle for Martian freedom. With its open world design, strategic demolition mechanics, and explosive combat, Red Faction: Guerrilla delivers a powerful story of resistance and revolution on Xbox 360.
