In Pokémon Alpha Sapphire for the Nintendo 3DS, you begin your journey in the tropical Hoenn region as a young Trainer setting out to explore the world of Pokémon. As your adventure unfolds, you encounter Team Aqua, an organization determined to expand the world’s oceans in order to create more habitat for Water type Pokémon. Their ambitions lead them to awaken the legendary Pokémon Kyogre, a powerful creature capable of causing massive floods and altering the climate. When Kyogre’s primal power threatens to destabilize the region, it is up to you to stop the catastrophe.

With the help of allies such as your rival and the region’s Champion, you learn about Mega Evolution and strengthen the bond with your Pokémon. By challenging the Elite Four and confronting the dangers facing Hoenn, you ultimately shape the fate of the region and prove yourself as a true Pokémon Master.
